Refund Policy
Digital Services
Payments for digital services, subscriptions, advertising, promotions, consulting, training programs, and other delivered services are generally non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refund requests may be considered when:
*Duplicate payments occur
*Payments are made due to technical errors
*Services paid for cannot be delivered by CEOiam
Refund Request Period
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–21 business days depending on payment providers and banking institutions.
