Going into business is better because of the current high rate of building materials, for me as wife i think with a good business plan, going in to Business with 10m will create more job opportunities to few and establish more income to the family.to achieve a good result getting a good shop at good location. 2, identify the products that people need daily, 3.have a rules and principles on how to spend the business money, 4.i think if business is well taken care of one may have more profit to provide the necessities of the family , buy with million is possible to get a land but withe high costs of material things now i don’t it will be easy to build a good lasting home
I think is better to buy a land of 2m, the remaining change, I will start a business with it, and be using the gain to build the land

As a wife i will advise my hubby to venture into profitable business with the money and build a house from the proceeds of the business.
To venture in business first ; this will keep life and family going. Also use part of the money to acquire landed property with necessary documents and keep as investment.
